Commerce in France is governed by French law and it is the responsibility of foreign buyers to be in compliance with the import laws that are in effect in their country.

The buyer is hereby notified that truffles, like fresh mushrooms, may undergo weight loss of up to 2% per day of transit. The transporter's stamp will therefore be considered as proof of the pick-up date.

Deliveries will be made only after payments have been validated.

Delivery times can only be guaranteed in relation to the availability of the merchandise ordered.

Merchandise is sent at the owner's risk.

No shipments will be made with cash on delivery.

Shipments of fresh truffles will only be made by special delivery.

All litigation will be brought before the Commercial Court of Carpentras, the only one with jurisdiction regardless of the place of shipment.
