Dominique and Eric Jaumard have been going through their truffle fields, at
the foot of the Mont Ventoux, for 20 years.
Albert Jaumard took care of the first plantations when the mycorhized oak trees appeared, during the seventies.
This family passion became their work. You have to wait 10 to 15 years before having truffles on your plantation. The production is different from one year to another, depending on the weather (truffles need rain during the summer, they don't endure freezing temperatures in the ground during the winter).
Our main production is the noble truffle, the ” tuber melanosporum ”. Its taste depends on the place it grows.
Our rugged ground gives truffles a very strong aroma, generally after the
mid-January when the truffle is mature.
We invite you to discover this fantastic mushroom while hunting them with our dogs to
find some and tasting them in our workshop.
